We’re thrilled to announce a fantastic new addition to our Crystal Clean family. Meet Aaron Gould, our new Human Resources Director. Aaron’s appointment marks a significant stride in our journey to enhance our workplace culture and propel our team to even greater heights.
Who is Aaron Gould?
Aaron brings more than 17 years of valuable experience in human resources, where he has truly honed his skills in talent management, employee retention, and leadership development. Before joining us at Crystal Clean, Aaron was the HR Director at Existing Conditions. There, he launched strategic initiatives that boosted employee productivity by an incredible 30% in just 90 days and maintained a fantastic 0% voluntary turnover rate over two years!
His impressive credentials include a noteworthy tenure in the Michigan Army National Guard, retiring as a First Sergeant after significantly improving recruitment and retention efforts. Aaron’s strong military background and exceptional leadership qualities make him an ideal candidate to lead our HR initiatives.

Ross Timyan, President of Crystal Clean Auto Detailing, is equally excited about Aaron’s role at the helm of HR. “Aaron’s proven expertise in HR leadership and proactive approach to employee engagement make him the perfect fit for Crystal Clean as we continue to grow and evolve. Looking Ahead
Aaron holds an MBA from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Now, returning to Grand Rapids, he’s eager to immerse himself in the local community alongside his wife, Dr. Ruth Gould, and their two beloved Australian Labradoodles.
