Book online or Talk to an expert
Fill out your vehicle information, flight details, select your services, and pay in full using our online portal (at least 24 hours in advance). Reserve your spot in minutes. Our team will reach out if needed to finalize any details before your trip.

Park
Park your car anywhere in short-term parking at GRR (see parking map here) and place your keys in our secure dropbox located in the short-term parking lobby. We’ll find your car, move it to our facility, and take care of everything while you’re away

Receive real-time updates
While you are away, we will send emails updates when your car is picked up, detailed, and returned to the short-term lot. Plus, you’ll have access to a live tracking dashboard, giving you peace of mind by letting you see exactly where your vehicle is and what’s happening in real time. You’ll also have direct communication access with our team. If your flight is delayed or canceled, we’ll make sure your vehicle stays securely stored at our Crystal Clean facility until you’re ready.

The Crystal Clean treatment
We’ll also perform a free evaluation and estimate for minor repairs and contact you with recommended services at a lower cost than most auto shops. If you choose, these services can be completed while your car is in our care. Your vehicle will then be returned to short-term parking at GRR within 30 minutes of your flight landing.

Arrive home
When you land, your freshly detailed vehicle will be waiting for you in the short-term parking lot. Your keys will be in a coded safety locker in the short-term garage lobby that only you can access. Now, drive home in a spotless vehicle, like you never left it.

Where do I park my car?
Short-term parking at Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) is located on Level 1 of the main parking garage. You can park your car anywhere in GRR’s short-term parking lot. Don’t worry – we’ll find it!
How do I book a Fly ‘n’ Shine?

What happens if my return flight gets delayed?
Contact us with your updated flight arrival time, and our trained technicians will adjust your vehicle drop-off to the best of their ability. We’ll do our best to accommodate any flight changes. If your car was already returned and we did not receive an update in advance, your car may be subject to minor parking fees.
How do I pay for Fly ‘n’ Shine?
You can pay in full online through our booking portal.
Where will my vehicle be serviced?
All vehicles are serviced and stored at our fully insured Crystal Clean facility near GRR airport.
What happens to my car if my flight changes?
Contact us with your updated flight departure and arrival times, and our trained technicians will adjust your vehicle pickup and drop-off accordingly. We’ll do our best to accommodate any flight changes and keep you updated on your car’s location and return time.

- Remove dirt and stains from the headliner
- Detail all cracks, crevices, and panels
- Wash windows, mirrors, and sunroof
- Freshen and rejuvenate leather seats
- Clean and wipe out the glove box and center console
- Vacuum spare tire compartment and trunk
- Remove brake dust, rail dust, bugs, and tar with clay bar treatment
- Proper cleaning of wheels, wheel wells, and rims
- Wipe down door jambs and inside fuel door
- Treat tires, trim, and grill with premium exterior dressing
- Apply durable wax sealant
- Clean and shine exhaust tips
