Book online
Fill out our online form, make a small deposit to reserve your spot, and select your departure date (at least 24 hours in advance). Our team will contact you with the next steps!

Talk to an expert
After booking, our team will reach out to provide you with additional information, finalize the service package, and answer any questions you may have.
2.
Park
Skip the hassle of asking a friend for a ride or booking an Uber. Just park your car in short-term parking at GRR and place your keys in our secure dropbox located in the short-term parking lobby. We’ll take it from there.
3.
Receive real-time updates
While you are away, we will send text alerts when your car is picked up, detailed, and returned to the short-term lot. You’ll have peace of mind knowing where your vehicle is and what’s happening at all times. You’ll also have direct communication access with our team. If your flight is delayed or canceled, we’ll make sure your vehicle stays securely stored at our Crystal Clean facility until you’re ready.

The Crystal Clean treatment
Our Crystal Clean experts will pick up your vehicle from short-term parking and drive it to our Crystal Clean facility, where it will be safely stored and undergo over 8 hours of cleaning.
We’ll also perform a free evaluation and estimate for minor repairs and contact you with recommended services at a lower cost than most auto shops. If you choose, these services can be completed while your car is in our care. Your vehicle will then be returned to short-term parking at GRR within 30 minutes of your flight landing.

Arrive home
When you land, your freshly detailed vehicle will be waiting for you in the short-term parking lot. Your keys will be in a coded safety locker in the short-term garage lobby that only you can access. Now, drive home in a spotless vehicle, like you never left it.

Get your vehicle completely refreshed, top to bottom, front to back, inside and out—all while you’re on your trip! We spend over eight hours in your car, ensuring that every nook and cranny is Crystal Clean.
- Shampoo and hot water extract all carpets, floor mats, and seats
- Remove dirt and stains from the headliner
- Detail all cracks, crevices, and panels
- Wash windows, mirrors, and sunroof
- Freshen and rejuvenate leather seats
- Clean and wipe out the glove box and center console
- Vacuum spare tire compartment and trunk
- Remove brake dust, rail dust, bugs, and tar with clay bar treatment
- Proper cleaning of wheels, wheel wells, and rims
- Wipe down door jambs and inside fuel door
- Treat tires, trim, and grill with premium exterior dressing
- Apply durable wax sealant
- Clean and shine exhaust tips

Do you just need an interior reset while you’re away? We get it! Our technicians start at the headliner and work their way down to the carpets, detailing every crack, crevice, and compartment on the way down. When you open your car door, you’ll be in love with your Crystal Clean vehicle.
