We’re so excited to announce that we’ve revamped our Fly ‘n’ Shine booking experience to make your travel easier than ever! This upgrade makes it easier to schedule your appointment in minutes and track your car’s progress step-by-step, all without downloading an app.
With this mobile-friendly upgrade, our customers can:
- Book an appointment in minutes
- Provide flight and vehicle details upfront
- Pay in full at the time of booking
- Receive real-time email updates and a secure tracking link throughout the service
We know handing over the keys to your vehicle can be a bit nerve-wracking. That’s exactly why we’re introducing real-time tracking and clear communication. So you know where your vehicle is at every stage of the process, and you can travel with confidence.

How does Fly ‘n’ Shine work?
Schedule Your Service
Use our secure online booking portal, enter your vehicle and flight information, and pay in full online. Once reserved, you’ll get an email from Crystal Clean confirming your Fly ‘n’ Shine and a secure link to track your vehicle’s process. To ensure our technicians are prepared, we require at least 24 hours’ notice before your departing flight from GRR Airport.
Park in Short-Term Parking
Leave your vehicle in the short-term lot at Gerald R. Ford Airport. Short-term parking is located on Level 1 of the main parking garage. You can park your car anywhere in GRR’s short-term parking lot. Don’t worry – we’ll find it!
Drop Off Your Keys
Use our secure dropbox in the short-term parking lobby to hand off your keys. We’ll find your car, move it to our facility, and take care of everything while you’re away.
We Handle the Rest
While at our facility, we’ll send real-time email updates throughout your trip to ensure you know where your vehicle is in our Fly ‘n’ Shine process at all times!
Like-New Results
Your vehicle receives an eight-hour deep clean, restoring its original shine. We’ll also send you quotes for any additional requested services so you can maximize your detail with targeted services.
Seamless Return
Before you land, we return your detailed vehicle to short-term parking and secure your keys in the drop box.
Retrieve and Enjoy
Enter a code to access your keys from the dropbox, step into your refreshed vehicle, and drive away.
